“As a Small Business Owner, TCM Doctor, and Board-Certified Health Coach, I combine my passion and expertise in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and integrative health and wellness coaching to help my clients achieve optimal health and well-being. I have over four years of experience in running my own practice, where I provide personalized and holistic care to individuals and groups, using a variety of modalities and techniques.

Before starting my own business, I gained valuable skills and knowledge in administrative, customer service, and communication roles in the education and healthcare sectors. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a Graduate Certificate in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching, and several certifications in energy medicine. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and have some knowledge of Chinese and Norwegian. I enjoy connecting with diverse and multicultural clients. My mission is to empower people to take charge of their own health and wellness, and to support them in their journey of healing and transformation.

I offered a three tier approach to health and wellness through a holistic framework:

  • Movement: Whether the client focuses on yoga, dance, pilates, qi gong, tai chi, or another modality (Currently client picks and does separately - I'm working on getting something locally set up as a service I can offer)

  • Mental Stimulation: Through workshops, book topics, or client-chosen activities (done on their own), I hope to engage the mind in activities that encourages growth and resiliency.

  • Joy: Client focuses on something that brings them happiness, from watching cat videos, to engaging in music or other client-focused activity.

Through the three tier model, I've seen an uptick of progress in client care more quickly than using one form alone. In addition, through my framework within TCM, I offer nutritional guidance from a Chinese medicine lens according to their TCM pattern.”
