As a Vedic Counselor, my purpose is to guide individuals on a journey of healing & transcendence through a consciousness-based counseling method of Self Alchemy: a transformative journey that leads to profound well-being, inner peace, and Self-realization.

Vedic Counseling is a mental health/psychology aspect of Vedic philosophy & healing; It’s also known as Dharmic Counseling. Vedic Counseling provides guidance based on the Vedic tradition of Self & cosmic knowledge, focusing on right living, action, relationship, and awareness.

Ayurveda is the Vedic science of life, an ancient holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. As a Vedic Counselor, I focus on the mental health aspect of the behavioral science of Ayurveda: how the mind works.

Yoga is a consciousness-based science of understanding & controlling the mind.

Vedanta is a consciousness-based science focused on understanding & transcending the mind.

When describing my education & the Vedic sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta individually, “consciousness-based” refers to the use of total brain functioning for increased & enhanced awareness, intelligence, creativity, and happiness. Anything that is described as consciousness-based has the intention of developing human potential from within.
