I specialize in Mental Health, specifically Sexual Trauma & Codependency, providing sacred space for healing & Self-realization. I’m also specialize in providing Trauma-Informed Counseling, offering a safe healing space for recovery & vulnerability.

I’m a self-starting consultant in business organization & development with over 5 years of experience in the field. While I managed a Yoga studio & supported their digital presence, I began branching out my services to my community, providing digital marketing, organization & web design services. I was then inspired to become an independent contractor, freelancing & being of service to even more people on my own time.

I find joy in offering consulting services to health-based businesses & entrepreneurs/professionals that have the intention of nourishing their clients’ lives. I specialize in organizational development & operations management and have found that my clients are able to fully focus on their purpose of serving others, while trusting that their businesses & online presence are in capable hands.
