As a Holistic Health Coach, I guide & empower others to clarify & achieve their health & wellness goals. I integrate the 8 Limbs of Yoga, my studies of holistic/integrative health, & my personal practices of living my Yoga to create a safe & supportive environment for others to speak their truth.

I earned my Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, focusing on Primary Foods: relationships, physical activity, spirituality & career, as well as Secondary Foods: the foods we eat.
I earned my 200 Yoga Teacher certification in 2015, having been trained to meet individual needs of beginning & intermediate practitioners of the practice. I have also become certified in Yoga for Trauma & Yoga for 12 Step Recovery.
This is a 6 month commitment, with accountability & set goals.
You’re enrolling in a program that meets virtually at a certain time, twice a month. I offer one “snow date,” a cancellation within 24 hours, for emergencies, sickness & general unavailability. Taking control of your schedule is the first step to taking control of your health & wellbeing.
what makes me different?
• Nutritionists give you a list of foods to eat, & a list of foods to avoid. Most people already know this, but haven’t been able to actually follow through.
• Therapists don’t provide clear action steps. There is no linking of mood & they don’t address food in relation to mood.
• Doctors don’t address the root cause of the symptoms, but instead prescribe a pill or other quick fix. As a Holistic Health Coach, I address the root cause & guide my clients in holistic healing, addressing all areas of life.
