Ben Howard’s lyrics of his song β€˜Spirit’ remind me of witnessing the wild purple flowers in bloom in June on the dune trail leading to the beach my partner & I walk on. Sometime we even experience the peace & satisfaction of grazing deer, elk, and fawns as we did this past weekend! (I highly recommend Howard’s entire album. See below!)

The intention of this week’s newsletter is to share insightful guidance about the upcoming summer season. β˜€οΈ

As we stand on the threshold of summer, the season of light & abundance, I invite you to pause & embrace the transformative energy that surrounds us.

Summer is a time of peak sunlight & vibrant life, a powerful metaphor for the illumination of one’s highest truth & potential. It’s a season that calls one to step into the full expression of their authentic Self, living true to one’s values & insights, much like the sun reaching its zenith, encouraging all of us to embrace the expansive energy that summer brings.

Engaging in Self Work during this season involves more than just personal reflection; it’s an invitation to actively live & manifest the inner transformations that have been nurtured. It’s a season of action, of bringing our dreams & aspirations to fruition.

Summer is a time to share one’s light, to inspire & uplift others with cultivated growth & wisdom.

I encourage you to take this opportunity to celebrate the joy of being alive and to revel in the beauty & bounty that summer offers. Here are a few suggestions ::

  • spend time in nature

  • witness the sunrise & sunset

  • soak in the sun’s healing rays

  • allow your Self to be fully present in each moment

  • embrace opportunities for genuine connection, whether that be through community gatherings, meaningful conversations, or simply being a radiant presence in the lives of those around you

As we bask in sunlight, let us also bask in the glow of our accomplishments by honoring the journey and the continuous experience of ascension.
